    Polish stand at EAIE 2026: registration now open

     

    NAWA will once again organise the Polish stand at the EAIE 2026 Conference and Exhibition, which will take place on 8-11 September 2026 in Glasgow. The EAIE Exhibition and Conference is one of the most important events dedicated to the internationalisation of higher education, bringing together representatives of universities, public institutions and organisations involved in international cooperation from around the world. The annual conference provides a space for exchanging experiences, presenting good practices and building academic and scientific partnerships.

    The Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange stand will serve as a shared platform for promoting Polish higher education and science. Participation in the stand will enable universities to present their offer, establish new international contacts, develop cooperation with foreign partners and take part in one of the key sector events in Europe.

    As usual, the EAIE 2026 programme will include numerous expert sessions, workshops, debates, presentations and networking events dedicated to the most important challenges and trends in the field of internationalisation of higher education.

    Registration for the Polish stand

    Registration for participation in the Polish national stand is now open and will run until 5 July 2026, 6:00 p.m.

    Participation in the fair and use of the Polish stand space organised by NAWA are free of charge. Participants cover their own travel, accommodation and conference fee costs.

    Important information

    Registration for the Polish stand does not constitute registration for participation in the EAIE 2026 conference. Each participant is required to register separately via the event organiser’s website.

    Please register each university through one designated person. Each university may be represented by up to 3 people.

    Detailed information on the organisation of the Polish stand and the duty schedule will be provided to registered participants after the application process has closed.
