    The Department for Academic Recognition NAWA kindly informs, that in order to ensure timely processing of applications for apostille and authentication,

    the telephone duty will be unavailable from 1 May, 2025 (until further notice).

     

    Documents may be submitted in the NAWA’s Welcome Centre from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

    In order to submit the documents, you do not have to make an appointment.


    It is not possible to verify at the Welcome Centre desk whether your documents can be certified.
    If anything is missing, you or your authorised representative will be informed about the fact via email.
