The Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange has launched the ORKA Chatbot on the websites of the Bureau for Academic Recognition.
ORKA is an AI assistant that helps users find information on the recognition of education, apostille and legalisation of documents. It supports navigation across NAWA websites, indicates relevant procedures and helps users find answers to frequently asked questions related to the Bureau’s activities.
The tool is available at any time of day and from anywhere in the world with internet access. ORKA communicates in Polish and English, supporting both users in Poland and international users.
ORKA can help users:
- find information on document authentication and legalisation procedures,
- access basic information on applying for recognition of foreign education in Poland,
- select the right procedure for their documents,
- find answers to questions related to the activities of the Bureau for Academic Recognition.
The tool is continuously developed, and its knowledge base is adapted to users’ needs to provide the most accurate answers possible.
The ORKA Chatbot was implemented as part of the project “Akademia Ewaluatora NAWA – usprawnienie uznawalności wykształcenia w instytucjach szkolnictwa wyższego i nauki”, carried out by NAWA under Measure 01.05 “Skills in Higher Education” of the European Funds for Social Development programme.
