The Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (signed 8 March 2023) enters into force with regard to China on 7th of November 2023.
Since that date Polish documents confirming completion of higher education which are to be presented in China are subject to apostille procedure.
