The aim of the Programme is to strengthen international academic cooperation by facilitating visits by students, doctoral candidates, academic staff and researchers to Polish higher education and research institutions, on the basis of international agreements between Poland and the partner countries specified in the call for applications. Stays under the programme will enable the academic staff participating in them to enhance their skills.

The programme is implemented in cooperation with institutions from countries covered by the agreements (partner institutions), including: Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, France, Greece, Japan, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Germany, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland and Vietnam.

Applications will be accepted during the periods specified in the Call for Applications.
