We are happy to inform you that the European Commission has announced the results of the 2025 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) call for MSCA and Citizens (HORIZON-MSCA-2025-CITIZENS-01). The Commission will allocate €16.3 mln for a total of 45 projects out of 241 submitted proposals.
We would like to congratulate the Medical University of Gdańsk, which, as one of five Polish institutions, received funding for the project "Pomeranian Researchers Night: Researchers For Resilient And Safe Europe" and will organize the European Researchers' Night in Poland in 2026 and 2027.
The European Researchers’ Night and Researchers at Schools aim to:
- foster exchanges between researchers and society
- increase awareness of research and innovation activities and boost public recognition of science and research education
- show the role of the researcher for society and the economy, as well as the impact of researchers’ work on citizens’ daily lives
- raise the interest of young people in research and scientific careers.
