We are pleased to inform you that the European Commission has announced the updated Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Work Programme 2023-2025, including the new ‘Choose Europe for Science’ pilot initiative. This year, the MSCA will provide over €1.25 billion in funding to support excellent research, foster international cooperation, and boost researchers' careers.

A key novelty is the introduction of the MSCA Choose Europe for Science pilot initiative, part of the Commission's €500 million Choose Europe package for 2025-27 to make Europe a magnet for researchers, and designed to address brain drain and improve the long-term prospects of researchers. The scheme will support host organisations committed to offering stable, attractive research careers.
